Regarding Food Delivery

Parents,

If you must bring food to your child during the school day, please pre arrange with your child to come to attendance between classes and pick up the food. When we call down to the classroom to notify the student that his/her food is in the attendance office, it disrupts the learning environment. Some classes are getting disturbed two or three times a period.  Students are not allowed to eat in the classrooms during class so they must hold the food until lunch or to a time when they can eat it.   Please know that in the future we will not call down and disturb a class for a delivery.

Late Arrival: February 2, 2012

Thursday Late Arrival Information

The first Thursday of every month will be a late arrival day for students.  Following are some details that you should be aware of for each Thursday:

If you ride a bus, your bus pick up time is exactly three hours later than usual.  Your stop stays the same.

a.       If you arrive at school before 9:45, you must go to the cafeteria and you must stay there. We will have monitors in the cafeteria and roll will be taken.  Do not come to the campus and hang around.  If you must come to school prior to 9:45, bring something to work on or read. The cafeteria will be a study hall.

b.      If you miss school or any period, it is an absence just like any other day.  It will count as an absence because every class will be 25 minutes. 

Vo-Tech Students

Morning Vo Tech Students:  The bus will leave at 9:45 am.  You will eat lunch at Vo Tech and return to FWBHS for WAVE at 11:50 am.

 PM Vo Tech Students:  The bus will leave promptly at 12:30 pm.  Students wil eat lunch at FWBHS with their 3^rd period class.  They will return to FWBHS in time to catch the bus home.
